I met the love of my life on this site! It was kind of hard to tell family and friends how we met at first because you never know what people will say. We met on December 16, 2004 and we are getting married May 2007! We had an instant connection and fell in love!

I would be love to share my story with you, so here goes

I was seeing a guy I met on another site, and in a short time things just didnt work out so as many times before and like so many others have said I claimed I was done with internet dateing/ meeting men. I was telling a co- cuddly friend that I was over internet meetings and was going to accept that I was to stay single as there was NO men that would ever be honest, loving and accepting of my few extra pounds.

She told me of your site and I though "oh well what have I lost if I just look" so I did and put up my profile and because I was SO angry with MEN I put down EVERY thing I wanted and some in a man . I will admit I did get some responce thou not expecting any as when I read my profile later I thought it was a little blund and somewhat rude.

I messaged a guy called David and just said something along the lines of I liked his profile. He then messaged me and we emailed for a few weeks. Playing it safe I gave him

I would like to thank Largefriends for being the tool that led me to love! I found "true" love on this website and we couldn't be happier. We met here in November 2005 and we have had constant contact everyday since. We live in different states and we never saw that as a real obstacle. We finally met in person in July 2006 and the sparks that we felt over the phone, emails and IM's were as hot as we imagined them to be. We spent 4 glorious weeks together and now we are making plans to live in the same city! Thank you Largefriend for bringing my man to me. I knew he was out there! We are very much in love and plan to stay that way!!!

In the 4 months since we met he's moved in with me and my 2 boys,asked me to marry him and even picked the ring himself. I love him with all my heart. We met on your site in August 2004, I moved in with him and his children in March 2005 and we are getting married in Grasmere Lake District on 12th August 2006.
