I also like some chessy movies from time to time, Titanic, Finding Nemo, The Princess Bride.......looks so eclectic on paper!
Where to start? Anything by Mel Brooks like Spaceballs and Blazing Saddles! I have been on a ten year foreign film kick and love Amelie, The City of Lost CHildren, Delicatessen, Like Water for Chocolate. Anyone got any more good foreign films for me?
Good date movies? I like the scarey ones! I bought Saw and The Grudge and they were both pretty good.
Also liked Finding Neverland! I could go on and on! And don't forget Waking Ned Devine! A must see!
I love all kinds of movies. I like horror flicks cause you get the pants scared off of you. I love comedy's to laugh, and I love sad ones to cry. One of my favs is Armeggedon with Bruce Willis. I love Jim Carrey.
My favorite movies would would be "as good as it gets" with jack nichlson. Arson Nick and Old Lace, Carey Grant classic comedy but my absolute favorite is SHREK, because the fat guy gets the girl!
I absolutely love movies too. How could anyone not love "An affair to remember"? And the Coens are brilliant. I think my favourite of their movies would be "The Barber" or "Fargo" I like all sorts of films, and living in Paris the variety of films on offer here is just wonderful. Everything from documentaries, to blockbusters, to independent Asian or European cinema. Just writing this makes me want to go see a movie.. lol
My Favorite all time movies are "An Affair to Remember" with Cary Grant and Debra Kerr. Also, "Sound of Music" as for more current films I could watch anything with Mel Gibson or Richard Gere in it. But Im a girl and of course love the girly flicks!
