I'm new to the site as of yesterday.

I was born in Scotland (outside of Glasgow) and moved to Brantford, Ontario when I was almost 11 ... I've been here since.

(London, Ontario) Hi 'Red' and All, I agree ! I feel like I am totally invisible here, if I smile at a man around my own age he usually acts like he doesn't even see me, or worst. I've always felt that being friendly to someone would, more times than not, initiate similar treatment back to you. Who knows!? I'm glad the women are friendly. Maybe the guys we have met just have to loosen up a little. Just reading all these posts has made it feel friendlier here already. Nice to see so many Canadians!
