Hello I am Pagan.....not many of us in the state of Washington I see???????

Hi Kodiac I here you. but im glad they brought this up Ive seen a few adds where they said they were this or that kind of curious about what im getting into by writing to one. did like the idea of more than one wife if i convert can i have more than one lol. im not total athiest do believe in a god just dont like the idea of sinning monday through sat then confessing on sunday .

I would consider myself to be Pagen....although I am fairly new to it (around 2 years) but have had an avid interest for about 10 years.

oh my g'ness! i just now realised the place HAD a forum!! yeah..obviously i wasna paying attention.
i have been Wiccan for ..slightly over 20 yrs. recently, have been slipping towards a Buddhist leaning..so i content myself with the " I am a Wiccan-Buddhist" yeah gets me lots of strange looks but hey works for me. would be more into the Buddhist side of things except the whole "historical male dominat BS" you tend to get with most major religions. when will the world get with the the whole " there are 2 genders. each have their strength's and weakness's and each should be celebrated for it"? ok, technicly, there are 3..2 that are able to procreate and then there are those that are both gendered, androgenous types. not a problem for me, but must make life damned confusing for em.
oh, anyway, i usualy tell folks i am a "unitarian universalist" when i get the "what church do you go to" question. easier and just shuts up the "rabid foaming at the mouth fire an brimstone christians" that seem to be procreating exponentialy and trying to make everyones life miserable. no offense for the decent Christians who are of the "this is my bag, whatever floats ya boat" types. :D
kinda wish the youngsters that are jsut coming to Wicca/Paganism would see that it's not all" playtime, drugs and majic". there is a difference between the spiritual path of paganism/wicca and majic( a tool of various religions and natrualy occuring part of life).
i REALY wish the people who are doing the "spell a day calender" and like things would get their act together. do we REALY need people who've no idea what they are doing mucking about with this? nah-uh.
oh sorry did i mention i babble? it's a gift! *smirk*
been running into to many of the (as we call them) "PLAY-gans" or *L* "wanna-blessed-be's". i figure some of you know what i am talking about. kionda frustrating. tya think you've met someone who can have a decent dialogue and maybe learn from and grow as a human and ya get the "i'm here for the party and playtime and oh boy drugs!! religion? spirituality? whatever"
well, i've ran off at the mouth enough..threw out some ideas, gonna sit back and watch the forum now.

Hi all! It is great to see fellow pagans from all over the world. I am also an ecclectic pagan. I take in a little bit of everything. Celtic/Shaman/Native American/Christian/Buddhist/Wicca, etc. Not necessarily in that order. Right now I'm writing a book on reincarnation and my past lives. I've uncovered 13 so far. Hmm, nice number.

Kelle, In answer to you, yes, I find it difficult as a pagan to meet and hold on to a man. And size definitely figures into it as well. I read tarot cards and do past life readings in a shop in New Paltz, NY and I'm very open about it. I just went out with a guy last week who told me he doesn't believe in psychics and felt I was taking advantage of people by lying to them. Guess I'll just have to keep looking. LOL. I've thought about not telling them but then wouldn't be true to myself. Good luck in your search and me in mine! BB

I am pagan, have been for 16 years, consider myself to be a follower of a mostly Celtic path and also very interested in shamanism.

Wish there were more pagan men on here! The older I get the more important it is to me to have someone who shares some of my beliefs. I'd love to have a child and definitely want them raised in a positive pagan way. That can be a little hard with a Christian partner :) Add being a big girl to the equation, and you're looking at a very small pool of me to draw from. Do you other ladies find that to be true?

I was raised Christian, and I'm still officially Baptist, but the dominant source of my spirituality is from the Vedic (Hindu) and Buddhist traditions, with a pervasive Sufi, Christian, and evolutionary perspective.

Found my Path a bit over 10 years ago. Have never looked back since.

Usually practice Solitarily, tho, when my Ex and I were together, we would share some rituals.

I've been Wiccan for 12 years, I have a teaching coven for newcomers into the Craft. I was trained in McFarland Dianic trad, but am now eclectic. I've applied to a local Gardnerian coven... will see what happens!

I wouldn't know if my religion is Pagan or not, but my religion is Santeria. Spirituality main division of where voodoo (sub-division) exists.

I'm an Eclectic Pagan, and have been for a long time. I'm heavily influenced by a Shamanic view of the world, and very involved with a bond with Hekate. I tend to focus most on oracles and ways of 'Seeing,' but have other offerings as well. I'm very drawn to the deep cthonic Dark Mother as a guide and source of strength. I like exploring dreaming, and other visionary genres.
I'd like very much to correspond with and/or meet people of similar paths.

No one will provide an answer to life, ever... we need to find our own, deep inside ourselves as we give it a different purpose for it every day.

Everyday we may find a different answer.

I envy your lifestyle,...I'm too assholed up to let go and live my fantasy. I'd sure like to play with you!

I wouldn't call myself wiccan/pagen but I am really interested in the subject, and have been for years, I have dabbled in it and have so many books and things on it, I'm still undecided what I believe - I think im just all for nature really!

Any logicians/skeptics out there?

Actually, Chris is the greatest guy you could wish to meet. He is so thoughtful and caring, he is full of wit and humour. He is a perfect gentleman at all times and I can only say that if you make a friend of him he will be the best friend anyone could wish for.
