I been into watchin UFC and MMA for about a year and a half now. I been boxing once a week for about 5 months now. Awesome workout. I was thinkin about eventually studyin and takin a martial arts class. Anyone got any suggestion as to which particular fight style and why?
I've been an mma fan for years I watch it religously. I've only been to a couple of sessions its a great workout my cardio sucked, I might get back into it this summer.
