curious, confused.... and a tad frustrated.

the chat window opens, displays online users, but there does not appear to be a public chat.

is my laptop being terribly naughty, or do I need to upgrade to members to be able to use chat function?

Hi,
You need to be a member to initiate chat or a member has to contact you so you can reply.
