Would like to hear thoughts from others who have either sold their house or were thinking of selling to go into something smaller with less upkeep? seems like a house is alot of work and I am thinking an apt would be ideal because if something needs fixed or whatever it can be done by someone else....

sounds good but the only other thing about an apt is will the taxes kill me?
losing that property tax deduction isn't that major?
