Just wanted to see what the answers to this question would be...If you had unlimited funds to use on one room of your house and could do anything no matter how unusual with it, what kind of room would you make? Who would you make it for? I would have a large room with padded walls and ceiling and a trampoline for the floor so I could bounce around and fling myself against the wall. I think it would be fun and a great stress reliever.

That would be easy, it would be the bathroom. I have always wanted a huge pedestal jaccuzzi tube with open flow faucets, a huge walk in shower with at least 2 shower heads. A long mirror on the side with sink..and all in black marble...lots of room for candles and flowers.

I'd have an all natural wood cabana house somewhere over looking crystal clear blue water and have a spacious loft for my office space and one side of the roof could be hoisted up opening up to a gallery terrace with a practice tee for golfing

Wow, that is some thought-if I won the lottery what would I do with the money.

Well after I built a very strong concrete/brick house on the lower Gulf Coast of Florida, I would set up a trust fun for the pig sanctuaries that desperatedly needed money, vet care, food, shelter, etc. for hungry, homeless piggies.

So many funds and people are doing charity work for cats and dogs but no one speaks for lost homeless piggies, and they are my favorite animal.

I don't need a fancy house, just a safe one when the hurricanes come, as I have two piggies of my own. As far as rooms in my home, I would have a piggie play area and for me, an indoor pool to play in.

I adore water and when I wasn't in the Gulf, I would be swimming in my indoor pool! {giggle} And I would have a nice radio, since I love to listen to talk radio and music at different times. Plus, a few TV's would be nice so I wouldn't miss Gil Grissom on CSI. And NCIS, too. I guess everyone has weakness, and those are mine. {giggle}

Have a wonderful day, folks, and good luck with the lottery. Oh, and I'd give my friends lots, too, because they need it.

Laura

Good question, tigress...I would have Marc Jacobs design my entire wardrobe and custom made Jimmy Choo shoes...and matching monies will go to diabetes and alzheimer's research, also to our local hospice.

Wow! Everyone has great ideas... Thanks everyone, feel free to expand on this topic, like... If you won the lotto what would you buy? or If you where told that for every bit of a unlimited fortune you spent on yourself a matching sum would be given to charity, What would you buy? Remember for it to count so the matching sum goes to charity it has to be something for yourself.

Great question, Tigress!
If I won the lottery...I would buy a new Harley and the matching sum of money would go to research on rare blood disorders in young children.

Mine would be a master bedroom and bath. All for my very own. Mine would also include a walk out sunroom for my plants. I have so many and nowhere to put them.

I'd have the ultimate master bedroom & bath setup. Huge,unspeakable huge fluffy bed, orgasmic pillows,the whole nine yards.Windows with a gorgeous view, fireplace, giant entertainment center and a jacuzzi in one corner looking out of the windows. And an enormous see-through ceiling to chekc out the stars, and with a mechanical shade to close it up everynight so I can sleep in every morning.

Everything can be heaven in the bedroom.

I didn't have unlimited funds, but did just finish an addition to my house and it is my new favorite space with lots of sun and big windows to watch the world go by.
