I do pilates & stretching exercises every day-I have to otherwise my back starts hurting if I stay inactive.
I lift weights 3xs a week. I also walk most days of the week.
My favorite exercise is jumping & dancing on my mini-trampoline. It's so much fun and is easy on the joints.
With all this activity, I'm surprisingly mobile for a SSBBW.

Well I uh......Play alot of Track and Field on my PS2....(Does that count)?. If so....I have thumbs like popey...what can I say folks...I yams what I yams
