Hi everyone!

I just thought I would share the gift that I gave to myself. This past Sunday(13th) was my birthday and work has been super busy and stressful lately. So I just spent a night at a spa.

Let me tell you, I feel like a new woman. To start, my "room" was a villa. I was not expecting that a fire place and all. The food was devine, lobster, jumbo shrimp and scallops over pasta. Then a slice of heavenly amaretto cheesecake.

Now for the treatments! I had a native hot stone massage. Something new for me...I think I like more traditional massages better such as a swedish, but I am glad I tried it. Then I had a relaxation class, I nearly fell asleep. To top it all off I ended with a lavendar sea salt body scrub. OMG! Out of this world experience. Bu-tt naked and scrubbed just about everywhere while this funky shower hangs above you and sooths you with warm water. Then I had lavendar lotion slathered all over....I do mean slathered and ALL OVER....even my hiney!

Like I said I feel like a new woman. I am so doing this again! Just had to share....I highly recommend EVERYONE baring it all and getting pampered!

Thanks so much for the birthday wishes. You gals are sweet.

Rockchick you should do this for your mom. She would love it. A lot of spas have day packages. If you can swing it you should go with her too! I'm sure that would make her even happier, to share it with you. Good luck!

Happy birthday QT !!

I am wanting to spoil my mum for her 60th in Feb for a weekend at a place like that .... hard to find ones that dont cost $100000000000 for a weekend tho .... but from the experience you had it may be worth it
