    Flamingo Salad:

1 big cucumber, shredded or diced
    some white onion, diced
bunch of radishes, shredded or diced
    splash of white vinegar

Mix all together and eat. If you let it sit too long, it turns pink - like a flamingo.

    :-) Kay

Although I cook over the phone or while driving home from work there are a few dishes I love, and as soon as i do my homework, i will post them. I am sure this could be a very informative thread for guys like me that phone ordering=cooking.
ps: Everytime i get food delivered to my house (i live on a 2nd floor) and I happen to find the lady downstairs (owner of the house) and sees me with the little bag with chinese food or similar, I tell her: "Well, I am done cooking, I'll be upstairs"

she looks at me and shakes her head... LOL

Scoot...be sure to include the addresses and phone numbers of all the delivery places you frequent. *LOL*

You're great man! *L* As always, it is a pleasure. I can't wait to try some of your recipes. ^_~ I hope that more people will frequent this forum as well. I'm ready to get funky in the kitchen! *dons apron and holds aloft her "wooden spoon"* BRING IT ON! After this, I'll be one up on Emeril! (Maybe Fif will give us a pancake recipe!)
