Anyone here like football?, you know, proper football and not that version over the pond where they wear padding like big softies hehehehe (only kidding I'm a gridiron fan too!).

For my sins I'm an Aston Villa fan from my time as a kid in the Midlands, and I also keep an eye on Newcastle's results as they're the local team.

Take Care

Gordy

NO ONE LIKES US, WE DON'T CARE

I'm a Millwall fan. Only one club in London that should have a lion on it's chest..................and it certainly ain't Chelski

I was thinking of going to see that actually... but for all the whinging about how there are half empty stadiums, it's not easy to get a ticket.

You've got all these schemes for when you can and can't buy tickets. So unless I'm willing to shell out 40 quid a year for the privilege of being able to buy tickets OR pay 100 quid to a scalper I have to leave it to the last minute.

Someone needs to sit Gerard aside and tell him "those long passes? well don't think of them so much as passes that don't work EVER as you just kicking the ball to the opposition"

Hellloooo my lil love Goddess, shame about sunday's result, even "Little Wigan" only got beat 1-0 off Chelsea, 4-1 defeat at home, now hats embarressing...... Peter crouch seems to be suffering from Emile Hesky-itis, If only you had a nippy forward, like ownen or Baros....Hehehehehe,
Nevermind hun, you can still sing.
You'll never walk alone, .. my arse..

I support Chelsea because I live in Chelsea. I was at the game against Middlesborough all those years ago that sent us down to the second division for a year.

In the long term, it's all swings and roundabouts. Look at Nottingham Forest, one of the few teams to win the European Championship 2 years running and look at them now.

No... if Davids has still got some desire I can see it. Especially as you only need a top 6 finish.

Besides which I'm a Chelsea fan so that makes the lot of you miserable peasants.

Sorry Modgal, Theo & Chummers,

Spurs for Europe this year. They've got a decent side, especially seeing as Man U and Arsenal are self-destructing at the moment.

Having said that, given your religious background Modgal, it is something of a cliche for you to support Spurs ;-)

yeah....im definately a football (soccer) fan!!! im heading over to germany next year for the world cup which will be utterley amazing!

here in australia, the new national A-league is commencing late august, so thats also very exciting. its obviosuly not as big as the EPL, but something for us aussie soccer fans to follow & enjoy other than our other more dominant football code (aussie rules)!!!

on another more personal note, my soccer team lost our game yesterday 3-1! pretty dissappointing, but considering we played the top team (we are currently sitting 6th) and we got slaughtered in the first meeting 7-0, i think we did ok!! lol oh yeah, i play for a womens divison 1 team here in melbourne, australia.

cheers all!

FOOTBALL CRAZY

You all know my wee brother, his name is Jock McGraw
He's lately joined a football club, for he's mad about football.
Now he's two black eyes already and nae teeth from in his gob
Since our Jock became a member o that terrible football club

He's football crazy, He's football mad.
The football it has robbed him, o the wee bit of sense he had
And it would take a dozen scivvies his claethes to wash and scrub
Since our jock became a member of this terrible football club.

The first match he took part in, I was there mysen and saw
Two half bricks for the goalposts and a tin can for a ball
The Provost o Glasgow he was there, wi? Lords and Ladies fair
When our jock ran up and kicked that football two miles in the air.

He's football crazy, He's football mad.
The football it has robbed him, o the wee bit of sense he had
And it would take a dozen scivvies his claethes to wash and scrub
Since our jock became a member of this terrible football club.

In the middle of the field at Hampden park the captain said McGraw
Would you kindly take this Penalty kick or we?ll never win at all,
Well he took 40 paces backwards and shot off from the mark
Then the ball went sailin? over the bar and landed in New York

He's football crazy, He's football mad.
The football it has robbed him, o the wee bit of sense he had
And it would take a dozen scivvies his claethes to wash and scrub
Since our jock became a member of this terrible football club.

His wife she says that she'll leave him, if he does nae keep away from football kicking, at night time in his sleep
He calls out, ?That?s a fifty,? and other things so droll
Last night he kicked her out of bed and shouted it's a goal.
