I often wonder where people get their screen names. Did you choose it because there was nothing else to choose? It is your screen name most places or do you have different ones for different sites?

I chose my screen name about 7 or 8 years ago. I use it on most sites that I go to. I chose it because there was very little to choose at the time. You say it like 'cyber'. At the time I was doing a lot of cyber s*x (I don't do that anymore because you don't know who is on the other end of the chat.) Now i tell people it is because of cyber space.

I chose my nickname on irc in 1995. It started as Guide-Bot (the character in the video game Descent 2), then got kicked off of IRC a bunch of times because they thought I was a bot, so I changed it to guideX, been that ever since.

I got mine about 10 years ago from a Canadian friend who now lives here in Oz... he thought I was 'hot', and Annie is a nickname... so he decided I'd be called Annieonfire... hated it at first but it's grown on me now.

The first lady I met online and showed my pic said I looked like the Total_Package with my Grandchild in my arms. Hence the name stuck.

my screen name is to remember my sister lougene who died of cancer 2 yrs. ago. a little way to let her name live on because it's a strange name. lougene is part of of my mother's middle name louise and my father's eugene...very inventive for 1956. huh
