Good for you, queenprize. I too am sure that I will always be a BBW and I am comfortable with that, but I know that I need to exercise even if don't cut back on my eating. Actually, my eating is not that bad. I don't pig out on junk food, but I do tend to eat my fats. I don't buy the non fat and low fat products because they only cause me have enormous cravings the real thing, so I may as well eat the real thing in the first place!!
To all of you who are already paying attention to your eating and exercising, more power to you. I hope that the next time that I post here, I can say that I am doing the same.
I agree with the meat thing,Last year i cut meat out of my diet for about 8 weeks, i lost 28lbs, just from cutting out the meat and dinking water instead of soda or juice,with everymeal i had i would drink 2 glasses of water ,i would drink i glass of juice each day which was with breakfast and i would drink bottled water or flavored water,if i had to have soda ,it was diet,no cal,it works,now that the weather is getting warmer i would like to shed some more weight.
