Hi again all just re-upped!

I can remember when I turned 40, (8 years ago). It was almost as if I was waiting to for something to happen, when it dawned on me, it's only a number, you are as young as you feel, it's all about taking care of yourself. If you feel good, you look good.

I'm 46 and loving the 40's...We women are like fine wine, we get better as we age...Don't let anyone tell us any different...We know what we want and we're not afraid to reach for it..

I'll turn 45 on the 15th of March and I am greatful to God that I am able to breathe and live on this confusing planet we call Earth
