Fulltime, I am the Program Operations Manager for school based programs in 12 schools.
I just took leave from my part time position in a pharmacy where I use to handle data entries on shipping and receiving, a couple of nights a week, as I am taking 9 credits and need to focus on my finals now.
Hey Archii, I am very interested in real estate! I actually have taken all my licensing courses here but just have to sign up with a brokerage in order to be a rep. I think it's such an interesting field. :)
I have been a cook1 for many maaaany years..have worked in daycare centers,retirement homes and even a provincial jail. At this time, I am doing daycare in my home while my youngest is preschool and i'm studying for my Red Seal chef's papers ( then I can beat my cooks helpers with a ladel) LMBO! j/k
I've done different types of work but mostly office work.....usually Admin. Asst. or Legal Asst. I had some interesting experiences working for a Homelessness Committee and also lots of interesting experiences while working in a law office. ;)

I sympathize with you Dee. I used to be an Answering Service Operator years ago. Although it's not the same environment, it gets boring. I spent 3 out of those 10 years as the one and only Graveyard Operator. Most of the calls were kids staying up and making crank phone calls and dumb people saying: "is this the ANSWERING MACHINE!???" Not fun at all!

My job is pretty boring compared to all of yours. I have to say that I highly admire those of you who work with children and adults alike to make a difference in their lives.
Me? I'm a paper pusher. I work in an accounting department for a company that sells vitamins and additives for foods, cosmetics, etc in bulk. Kinda hard to explain, but if you eat or drink or use soap or makeup, you have probably used our products. LOL
I'll date myself when I say that you remind me of Lilly Tomlin from the TV show "laugh In" when she did her comedy skit in a huge rocking chair.
