I understand what you are saying. My personal feeling is that "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" is very true. To one person someone may find you the most beautiful person in the world, which may not be true to the next person. So there must be hope for us all? I try to look at the outside and the inside of people. Some of the most beautiful people in the world on the outside can be the most "ugly" person inside. Have run into that person more than I care to say.

Anyways, just my 50 cents worth for the day.

I totally agree, but I've been around here a bit and reply to those who claim that looks don't matter, but I think in the end it's just fluff for the profile. I'm no Barbie, heck, I'm not even going to be a BBW Barbie, but I'm a beautiful person inside. You know what, if you can't take me for what I am, then I'm not the one who's lost out. I know I'm not perfect. In fact, I can be downright a challenge now and then, but I'm an honest, forthright, caring, loving individual that just wants what they rest of the "beautiful people" want; true love. Hang in there. I think the reason so many of us are lonely is because we put so much pressure on sites like these to work right away. Or maybe we put too many restrictions on the type of person we would date? I have noticed many men and women alike that say they are looking for mr./mrs right, but when you check their profiles, you have to meet a height requirement, slim, average, or a few extra pounds, have a large chest (if a woman), have a 6 pack (if your a guy), and be a certain nationality. This isnt speaking for all people, but maybe if we focus more on whats inside a person as opposed to all the physical attributes then we wouldnt be so lonely? What do you all think?
