well, ladies i'm rather new to this. By that I mean the new weight. Ive recently put some " baby fat" on not by accident but on purpose. And it was the best decision of my life. I have always been an athletic female 9 work out 4 times a week, play soccer, and horseback ride), but just kinda got sick of whole " fitness rat race". I went from 118 lbs. last august to 182 lbs. right now.
oh, I wished i would have done it sooner. I love it. Discovered i love chocolate chip cookie dough! lol anyway, i get so much more attention from women and men and actually want to gain up to 225 lbs. I'm 5'6". Does this sound familiar to any of u or am i just strange?
The nurse has a valid point, don't go jumping the gun. Then again I can not talk I am sort of at ends right now. Being 450 is better than when I was 560 though I am looking to go down to 350 so I guess at times we are all looking to get somewhere. I admit though a happy and smiling BBW gets my attention quicker than the same smaller woman, not sure why though. Hmm... in the end more power to you, be you and don't let anyone sass you for your own decisions.
Sheila....The BBW in me is sayin...You Go Girl!! BUT...The nurse in me is sayin....take it easy!
Just the same as losing the weight should be done slowly, so should the putting on of it.
Its not healthy to gain weight quickly, just the same as its not healthy to lose it rapidly.
I really dont wanna rain on your parade, its just you are young and fit, and I want ya to stay that way.
Oh...did that sound a bit pervy? I didnt mean it that way. LOL
