Instant Messenger not working?

Hi, I am new to this site and I am having problems getting the messenger to work when some one sends me a message...anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

Geeky note about Inst. Messenger:

I noticed that the I.Messgr. is not the greatest, and seems like it takes forever.

But I have noticed something when I chat with my Goddesses.

I force a "refresh" on that little window by just clicking [send] without typing anything. I noticed that when in a chat, i thought my lovely Dee seemed to take to long to respond, then i try it every time (guessing she is done writing about a line or two), and VOILA !!!... quick refresh!... baddabing !
