Be clear about what you want and don't settle for less. Remember that confidence is attractive. Do not put out in any way on a first date,kisses are fine,nothing more. Men don't stay because you hooked up right away,If you don't value yourself they won't either. And most of all trust your instincts,they will never be wrong. Wait for the right guy, they are out there.

Yea i met a guy at the weekend. It went ok but unfortunately he has turned out to be a liar and i thnk he is possibly married :o( it's very difficult to find genuine people.... but i hope u have better luck than me!
