I don't understand why there is such a large number of men who do not have a pic posted.
Maybe you can't wow us with your face or body, but maybe you could with your brain.
I know we all want to be loved for who we are inside. What we think of ourselves within shines through to the outside. To expect someone to be attracted to them just for who they are doesn't understand the fact humans are animals like any other animal. There are certain things they are attracted to. Maybe you got what I want, but with no pic how can I know. Post it. The one you communicate will see it eventually, I hope.

I contact them and then after a little while they fall off the face of the earth. I understand if you get frustrated in contacting me. I'm an optical lab tech full-time and a comic book artist part-time. The part-time thing was started 6 to 8 months ago. Even so, all I have to say is "wha' happened?" If there's anyone in the NY area or anywhere nearby who wants a slightly used, husky, nearsighted (I wear contacts), comic artist/lab tech, contact me anytime (I am housebroken so please adopt me). By the way, I don't know about you guys, but even though I've placed my picture (OKAY... SO I DON'T HAVE THE GREATEST OF FACES) in my profile, IT'S NOT HELPING. Hard to say but I think that some are doing it on the sly, some don't think that the ladies will be interested and some are probably just not computer savy. Got mine posted cuz even if they don't like the way I look I have enough humor to overcome the looks. LOL !!!

I normally post my photo on these sites but it makes no difference. People don't like what I look like so they just ignore my adverts. If I didn't post a photo then they probably still wouldn't write but maybe I'd have a better chance? Although if they wrote, then I sent my photo after a few emails, they'd suddenly stop writing. That's happened to me many many times. Of course in reply to posts such as this, girls always tell me how nice and sexy I look. It's just lies though, they are only being nice, which doesn't actually help me in the long run. Of course I'm open to be proved wrong! It won't happen though.
I cant agree more.....when I am chatting with someone...it seems I have this preconceived notion of what someone looks like...I dont know why that happens but it does. I would MUCH rather have a pictue of someone so I may correlate the two....I am not a shallow person, But I do like to know who it is I am visiting with...JMHO
