can't meet anyone this way
I'm better off seeing actual people at
a group I joined on Long Island (N.Y.)
although sometimes it feels it's like I'm a member of THE LOSERS CLUB

I feel your pain. I've done eharmony twice and now this. It's so hard not to be judged on looks and I was hoping a site like this would be less concerned about my size. I *know* there are men out there that like their women bigger and God Bless them!It's hard not to be frustrated though. I've been on the net for a long time and often it really doesn't do justice to a fantastic personallity. Though the crappy ones translate just fine....go figure.
Use this for what it is...a tool. It takes more than one tool to do most jobs. So you have this entire tool belt for building the man of your dreams...(if it were only that easy) You are doing the right thing by using multiple tools at once. It increases the chance that you'll come by a quality person one way or another. I wish you the best!

Never hurts to stick around Laurieo. Just don't pay for the site. You might get some winks. You never know. But, on the other hand, I wish there were some groups like that around here. Looking on the net does get old.

You never know your luck , the new club MAY find you someone ... :) stick around here though and add to the posts ... he may be lurking on the site somewhere waiting to meet you too !! There are a LOT of people on here but only a handful post ... I think thats pretty strange ... have you looked up profiles and winked ....??
