You're not crazy at all. The chocolate bar may be a sign that he is "sweet" on you. It sounds like that he'd really like to be a friend first. And just showing to show his sensitive side. If he's a nice guy, give it a shot! What's the worst thing that could happen?........you'll have a friend.
