can anyone help with why the pop up window comes on but won't work? It worked fine before. It says "im3commericialcom" something instead of the usual "who's chatting" or whatever that was in the title of the chat window. I have a firewall but have turned off the blockers. Any techie out there that could help me please?? Thanks so much.

I cannot get my chat window up at all anymore! It used to automatically open up after I logged in. Now I can't even manually open it. I checked all my pop up blocker programs and such, and they are all turned off. I do'nt know what I can do! Very frustrating.

Hi, Try resetting/changing (delete then readd) your account information if that's an option. Had similar problem on another site, and had to delete messenger use then readd it to get it to work. If that doesn't work, contact the site for help. I had trouble not getting winks or emails, and when contacted them, they fixed the problem from their end. Good luck!
