Well at this time there are several chat rooms. I guess the best way would be to wink Gordy, Kew, or Lady. They have some things in common and some things not. Depends on what you are looking for. You could check them all out and see what you like.

For me, personally, being a part of the chat group has meant a great deal. I've been in chat when others have needed some support and I have needed support at other times. Every time there is a sad person there, all the other chatters try to cheer them up. I was one they all helped out one day, and I like to listen to someone else who needs a friend, too, and make them feel good.

Then there are laughs and jokes and people acting silly so I can't stop laughing! I am so greatful to be there as a member and I'm always trying to encourage other folks to join.

Don't be afraid or shy. We welcome EVERYONE and try to make their stay with us warm, comforting and funny! If you feel alone and want to share your situations with us, we will listen and try to help you through the hard times. I know they have done so for me when I needed it, and I do appreciate it very much!

So please give us a try. We also have a nice message board with loads of jokes that will make you laugh and games to give you a chance to have some fun being silly! Then there are the chats, which are wonderful!

I will be setting up some special chats for those members in the UK and Australia so you can talk in your evening at a comfortable time. All I need is for you to let me know when is a good day and time, so I can get it set up. If you are interested, and can't write to me here, please send me an "I LOVE YOU" wink, and I can write back to you!

Let me say that this a great bunch of people in the chatroom. Just jump in and talk about whatever you want. If you want to discuss something in particular, just bring it up and someone will talk about with you... and yes Kat.... the bar is always open!!!

I too am quite shy on-line (not in person) but when I go in everyone welcomes me and asks how my day went. Sometimes I am too shy to chat on some subjects but alot of time I feel so comfortable that I chat away. It is always great for a good laugh and Kewannap always offers me a drink LOL

how do you get to this chatroom?

Sometimes I chat alot and sometimes I don't, but it's no reflection on the others. I've found that when I'm in a good mood... I just jump in the middle of the conversation. When I'm in a quiet mood, sometimes I just read what others are saying and get to know them better.

I think it's only natural to talk more to the people that come on a regular basis. They gotten to know each other on a more personal level.

I still go in occasionally... but not like I did at first... started working a second job, so I'm rarely on the computer now at home. Soooo... Hi everyone! Haven't seen you for awhile, but know you're holding down the fort without me!

The chat room is great. I'm not usually into char rooms but I've really enjoyed chatting with some wonderful ladies and gentleman from all over the world. Now if I could actually meet some of those lovely ladies...
Like anything it is what you make it. You can be super active or you can sit back and listen and learn.

I didn't know anybody right away either, you've just got to have the confidence to jump right in there and join in!

The chatroom is a blast. You just got to jump in and start talking. I know at first I was a little shy, but after a few times in I found myself joining right in on the conversation.

I found the chatroom to be just as those on other chats.. that unless you are a regular or in with the crowd ... you are pretty much left out of the conversations.
I joined this LF to meet new people.. and I truely enjoy the boards,
So, my hopes is that it doesnt take away from the postings on this site because there only seem to be a limited number that post here and if there are posts there.. well.. it may take away from here...

I hope you all got my apology. But I would like to apologize in public for my actions and anger. I am not that type of person and I am truly ashamed of my behavior. I cannot excuse it.... only to say that sometimes the pressures of life get too hard and you snap.... you lash out at the very people who care about you the most. Unfortunately, that's what I did. I know you won't let me back in the chat room (although I would love the opportunity).... but I hope you can forgive me one day and give me another chance to prove to you the type of person I really am. I love and miss you guys so much. You have become like family and I enjoyed just kicking back and having fun in the chatroom. You all know how to find me.
