I pay my membership monthly, the eternal optimist here, and this month, LF took the payment twice, I have e mailed them 3 times, no response.
My posts appear and disappear at random, my blogs...dont start me on that one!
The messenger or IM on here...doesnt work 90% of the time.
I am just having a vent, but I mean, Come on LF...This is not service and it certainly aint working for me!

well...i just googled myself (sounds alot better than it actually is...lol)...and apparently my username is also used for a variety of s3x toys...not sure if that is a good thing or not

So sorry to hear about your issues, Bubs. I definitely hope the moderators get the hint and promptly refund your $$$.

Apparently there are some security issues too guys. While supposedly you have to be a member (paid or otherwise) even just to view forums or search profiles, the forums have been picked up by many other sites, and no password is required! (Try googling your username and see what pops up). Our posts here are on such lovely sites as 2 extreme lingerie and elsewhere without our consent, which is not only disappointing but also kind of scary. I've too submitted inquiries on a couple occasions, but don't really get a response.

I have to say the benefits of paying are kind of questionable at the moment, and I am not sure if I'll continue as a gold member after my current subscription is up.

I found that back when I was a paid member, if I submitted a complaint using one of the specific categories (Ie billing issues) I never got an answer.

However, if I clicked on "gold member problems" I always got a response, even if it was not what I was looking for.

I have not had any posts disappear unless I said something they deamed inappropriate. However, anytime I have posted a comment on a blog, it shows up then it's gone for a few days and then it comes back. I personally think the blogs were a bad idea. Seems to be duplicate of the forums.

The issue of double billing is a very serious one. If they did to you, just think how many others they have done it to who never even noticed.

I realize LF has made a lot of attempts over the past year to update the site, but I believe there are a lot of glitches that are making this site more trouble than it's worth. I personally don't know how much longer I am going to stick around. I really do hope you get this money issue straightened out. You may have to tell them you will consult an attorney. Thanks Kew, but I am aware of the pop up stopper hassles, but thats not the problem with the IM.
Thats the least of my worries.

I have to agree with you Bubs ... Come on LF if you are out there .... let's see some value for our money!

I've read a number of incomplete posts - why are you chopping them down so they make no sense? If there is a size limit at least have the decency to let us know!

Posts can take up to 3 days to appear, else they appear then disappear. It makes the forums very disjointed. And the blogs are worse!

Any of the LF moderators/managers got anything to say? We'd welcome your feedback........

I don't know about the rest, but as far as the IM problem.... what do you mean it doesn't work? Do you mean you IM someone and they don't answer? Because that is most likely due to the other person having their popup blocker on. It has to be disabled or set to always accept popups from this site or else it will be blocked. I am surprised that you haven't heard back from them. The one time I had to contact them to complain about something that happened in here, they were very quick to respond. Good luck.... I decided to stop paying because I didn't really need the service. I basically come here for the forums... and those aren't too exciting these days... now everyone wants to "blog" ... woohoo... oh well. I might stick around a bit longer before exiting stage left!
