I don't think anyone here is truly qualified to gauge whether you are in fact a bitch. You are fat (like me), you aren't ugly though. So his record is 1/1 so there's about a 50% chance that you are, in fact a bitch.

Well, I hate to be the bearer of harsh news but....you encourage the behavior because you stick around and are available to the meathead. Anyone who is going to stick with a fellow like this subconsciously believes what he says and it absolves you of responsibility making him the bad guy. If you weren't with him, you would subconsciously choose another guy like him to punish you, because in the end, it all comes down to you. You attract what you put out. When you feel good about yourself, the man you attract will also feel good about you.
I say this not to be mean, but to start eye-opening. Been there done that. Lose him and go to counselling and you'll find you attract a whole different other kind of man when you do.
Please don't believe what he's saying to you because my ex boyfriend used to say the same things to me.
