does anyone have any special talents, or artistic ability? what's your hobby? what are you passionate about? post here. I am a knitting and fiber arts freak!! i havee been knitting on and off since i was 8 but i didnt really start to get into it until last year.

I love ceramics but I haven't had the chance to do it lately... no kilm. I also sketch dress designs,have made Christmas angel toppers, a marionette, have a tendency to collect Pict of old movie stars and magazine pages with clothing I like, and have messed around with paint and pastels although I'm not best at them. I'm thinking of finding something else though to do, I need something to keep me busy on the weekend besides going out or playing games on my computer.

I don't have any special talents but just love playing with it all... photography is fun and especially on the computer..... painting... watercolors.... oils... pottery and ceramics...... all kinds of crafts .. very little sewing but some... can also do a little with yarn but nothing fancy mostly just straight stitch and like to draw too.

I don't have a crafty bone in my body ! ! My sister, on the other hand, she has her own business "Sewcrafty"....aww ain't that cute - - and she is the queen! LOL I think she took all the crafty genes.

VINI - - love the painting; my eyes are drawn to the neck.

I paint, sketch, sew, build furniture, recover it, bead, crochet, paperworking, florals, any misc craft you can imagine.

Fiber arts can be any type of craft with fabric, but is mostly crochet, weaving, knitting that type of thing.

I've started doing beaded jewerly for gifts. It's been a big hit.. I've even sold some pieces online and at some artist boutiques and shows.

Still dont know what fibre art is ....

I do needlepoint, Japanese Bunka (another form of needle work), I crochet and do sun catchers and floral arranging....I also like to read when I have time.

Wow, it looks like we have some talented people here. I cant get the hang of knitting but I can crochet. I love to draw. I paint ceramics, which is called greenware here too rockchic but most people just say 'ceramics' It's faster, we're lazy here in the US. lol. I do a lot of different things. I love to sew clothes and pony tail holders.

*sighs*.....I tried knitting, crochet, painting, tapestry....I just get bored too quickly, I guess?
I do read, listen to music, and glass painting, with liquid lead is taking my fancy at the moment...Must be the fact I still get to use a syringe ( for the lead) LOL

I sing and play piano... have been for over 32 years. I also enjoy making floral wreaths or decorative sprays.

I like to paint, on canvas or whether it be bringing a piece of greenware to life (not sure if you call it the same in other parts, but its fired ceramic that comes out white) and I do other crafty things like making dream catchers and sun catchers, I also cover photo albums and personlise them ... I also like to draw as well and trying my hand at sewing .... not sure that I could ever grasp knitting or crotchetting, and I need to ask ... whats Fiber art ...??

I also knit and have been doing so since I was 5. I also do counted Xstitch, needlepoint, crewel, paint ceramic sculptors, beaded ornaments, quilling

I've tried to take up knitting, but it always feels awkward to me, and I can't get into the flow with it.

I do however crochet. I am currently working on a sweater, which is coming along nicely, but is a tad time consuming. I will also soon be starting on some light shawls for my sister's wedding party (she asked if I could make some for her to give as part of the brodesmaid's gifts).

There are so many different techniques out there, and with all the pretty wools available these days, your rojects can have a very stylish and modern feel to them.
