I am trying to start a site to support and chat with Gays,Lesbians and Bis or people like me that just want to chat and talk about it. I am Bi even though I havent been with the same sex yet and have been feeling this way for sometime. It is hard to talk to it to others as there are really mean people out there especially my parents. Im 23 years old and from the Central Illinois area. If you need a shoulder to cry on or to just chat.

To be honest, I think that the negative views people have of the GLBT community have nothing to do with "bad eggs" and everything to do with the usual hollow-skulled hatred and prejudice.

Welcome Fresca, I couldn't agree more that colourful and different people make the world a much nicer place to live in.

I have been on this site for a while now and have never yet been disrespected by anyone.I really feel the bad seeds within our GLBT world have put a negative frame of mind on society who chose to have a closed mind. The world is full of colorful people in all shapes and forms and who are we to judge.NO one is perfect. We should focus on making our world a better place to live for all human beings.Everyone needs human companionship and nourishing.Trials and errors have made me rich in empathy for all Gods creatures.I can share plenty of stories if it would help answer anyones questions. So lets not label ourselves and love one another.Peace

Hi~
There is no need for confusion. Doral stated that she had not yet been with a woman, but had some thoughts about it. In my experience, I have found that most gay/lesbian folks want to be treated equally, fairly, and without prejudice. Oddly, a number of homosexual people I've met have their own prejudice against bi or bi-curious people. Now, how can that be? There should be respect and equality for everyone (mind you I am speaking about consenting adults). Why should it be "all-or-nothing"? Don't all folks deserve the same respect and courtesy regarless of who they are interested in/attracted to? To not view bisexuality as "real" is not kind or realistic.

I agree with this post completely. It's also a sad fact that bisexual women are more accepted in the straight community than in the lesbian community. :(

not to bash anyone, but the real "reality" is that that user was barking at the wrong tree. there are PLENTY of sites for other sexual orientations or lifestyles.

I guess this is a dead end thread.

I'm more than a bit confused by your post. In your profile you say that you are looking for a man and marriage. Puzzling.

I would love to see some real activity in here for real gays
