Back on Jan. 1st me a couple friends went to IHOP for some pancakes and coffee to help us sober and wake up from all the drinking we did on New Years (I took it pretty hard because i've never been drunk before). Anyways, while were there. Soon after we were seated and ordered our food, a mom and what looked like her 2 late teen daughters (they were pretty hot) came in and sat a few tables away where I was facing them and where the daughters were faing me. The whole time we were there, one of the girls seemed to just be staring at me the whole time (we all get that feeling, you feel like someone is watching you so you look to see whom it may be). Each time i'd look up, the blonde girl (the other was brunette) was looking at me, she didn't look away, even when I stared at her. We were with 2 other guys, both of whom are really handsome, but I don't think she even took a 2nd glance at them.

I've never had this happen before. What does it mean when someone just looks at you?

I guess from my experience (being the one to stare at someone..haha), it could mean a couple of things.

1. She thought she knew you from somewhere and was trying to place you,

2. She DID know you from somewhere and was staring at you to try to "jog" your memory,

3. She thought you were hot and by the end of the meal was ready to throw her pancake at you for not going over there and TALKING TO HER! LOL.

4. She found the way you ate to be very fascinating and couldn't take her eyes off of you.

So there you go...maybe someone else has other ideas...why didn't you ask for her name or number? Did you smile at her at least or anything?
