Just going for a nice quiet dinner, sitting across from each other, taking and getting to know each other,

I always thought a picnic would be a great first date. Something more interesting than dinner or a movie!

I love food. So first, a restaurant for a nice, sit down, get-to-know-ya session. And then, who knows? Going to a Comedy Club or pub quiz are always classics. Maybe paintball, maybe a game, maybe a Magic tournament. Doesn't matter as long as we have fun.

For my first date I would like it to be memorable. Something romantic and different, not boring and normal like a movie. Something creative and exotic would be nice.

My idea of a first date is lunch, dinner or picnic. This is better than just drinks or coffee as you have time to learn more about each other. I want there to be lots of conversation, preferably a little more secluded at the back of the restaurant. I hate having to temper my responses with whoever might be around. If things go well a walk along the river if it is nice out after (consider my shoes please) dinner or just take the talking into the lounge for cocktails. Of course I would love to kiss you after you walk me to my car and maybe a long drawn out kiss…. If we ended on the premise of making another date then it would be the ideal date if I received a call or text on the way home and a good night call after that.
