WOW, honestly I couldn't possibly try to predict or project a first date. It has been a long long time. I think maybe a theme park ...busch Gardens sounds good... so no matter what we both can have a good time even if things don't progress we'll have a great day out.

Meeting for coffee at like Starbucks at the very least and then dinner afterwards . Other wise time of the year could be a factor during. October going to a haunted attraction would be fun or December seeing Christmas lights. Going to an amusement park as well. I live in Madera Calif soo a trip up to Great America in San Jose could be a fun first date

Some type of activity where we can do something but still be able to talk. Something that neither of us have done. Like a couples cooking class, pottery class, painting class. Maybe something fun like spend the afternoon at the Arcade or bowling.

Well the first date, i would love to go out to dinner then go for a nice walk just to get to know each other a little more

My first date would start off with a nice coffee, tea, hot chocolate or whatever non alcoholic drink floats your boat and a good long chat. All going well, we could then go for a walk in the city (I love the history and the architecture !). If things are still moving nicely, perhaps take in the museum or an art gallery. After all of this I am going to be looking forward to a nice informal dinner somewhere where you don't need a bank overdraft to eat ! And to finish the evening off maybe either a movie or a live band somewhere playing some good Aussie rock or maybe even blues. Not into the club scene.

There's nothing wrong with dinner and a movie or meeting for a coffee at Starbucks though they are a bit conventional. Instead, let's go somewhere we can talk. How about bowling? The Aquarium? Play tourist in Greater Atlanta? You pick a spot you haven't been to in a while (or at all) and I do the same and let's make it a date!
