You can request a refund by emailing the address below, or by phone 24/7. If you request the refund from your bank directly, we will have no choice but to block your profile permanently. We also reserve the right to report the card and profile to your card issuer for possible fraud.

- What you were doing when the issue occurred.
- Which page you were on.
- What kind of (if any) error messages you have received.
- What happened as a result of the error (internet browser crashed, computer crashed, etc.).
- Please cut and paste the text of the actual error messages you may have received in your message.
