Once more, I'm?just angry, fed up, almost depressed by the lack of the most elementary courtesy of some men.

Since when asking for my bra size in the first minute of a conversation has become socially acceptable.? I've never been ask what my IQ was... but this morning, in an introductory email, a men ask me, once more, what my bra size was... before he ask me what my name was.

Give me a break.? Do men really think that they'll get somewhere with that kind of opening.? Obviously they are not looking for a relationship, just someone they can have mindless with.? Please,?tell me, is there something in my profile that?says mindless s e x.? I don't think so. All it does is making me feel like I don't matter.? Who cares about who I am as long as I have those stupendous babs, I'll be an object of desire.? I'm not an object, I'm not just another body.? Pardon my french, I apologize in advance for my lack of finesse... put your fingers in your ears and sing... but sometimes, I swear, I feel like I'm just another hole they want to empty themselves in and it makes me mad.? There I've said it publicly.? I feel like a piece of meat... or two in this cases.

I'll be the devils advocate in here.¿ Men have naked women everywhere... there are more strip bars then caf¿s, pornography is available everywhere, magazines, movies, internet... Maybe they expect all women to be that way.

¿

Also, and I don't want to sound like a bitch here, but maybe they ask because it does work with some women, and I believe it to be more then just a few.¿ I'm starting to believe that women who feel degraded by this kind of request are a minority now.

¿

In a certain way... we pay for all the women that sleep with anyone on the first date, have sex like some people exchange hand shakes, for all the pornography and the sexualisation of mainstreams artist... all¿women end up being identified as such.

¿

Here my message to any male on this site.¿ I'm not every women, I'm me.¿ I don't sleep around, don't show my boobs or any private parts of my anatomy to strangers or in emails and I'm not going to answer questions whether I have anal sex or not as a way of introducing myself.

¿

So quit asking... Thank you

I agree. It's pure insecurity at it's peak. One should really be sorrowful for them, but in reality it's just disgusting. There is a time and a place, and although one's object may be a short term relationship there is set of rules which apply for courtship. Obviously these people haven't quite figured that out yet.

First of all, I have to totally agree with most posts here. It's a shame so many men think these lines will work, but the truth of the matter is, they MUST work somewhere or they wouldnt keep it up. I believe a large problem is the number of insecure women who feel that ANY attention is better than NO attention and they will go along with this type of conversation. I, also, agree that society today has played a large role in how men view women; HOWEVER, I do believe that in the past year or more there has been a move to change this with an outcry in the community. There has been PLENTY of outrage over Chris Brown and his alleged beating of Rhianna, and there is also MANY well-known in the hip/hop community who are calling for men to change they way they use women in song lyrics and videos to reflect more respect. Yes, there needs to be a change, but it will take more and more people to stand up and demand the respect before we actually receive it. Have a great day everyone.

Petale, I am with you. I can`t count on my fingers the number of times a guy just asked the size of my bra or what I was wearing, before he would know my name!! It irritates me when someone goes to a "clean chat" to make those kind of questions or show his body unasked, when there are special sites and chats for them!

Personally I am offended that society alows men to act that way.¿ I think the majority of society have failed to teach not only basic manners, but how to teach respect.¿ In the way I was taught when I grew up when you disrespect anyone you are disrespecting yourself.¿ A persons personality has nothing to do with their body and the clothing that they ware.¿ Personality comes from the way people think and their attitudes towards people.¿ As a society we need to start teaching our children and grand-children the things that are important.¿¿ In my opion they should be taught how to respect our fellow members of society.

Yup... Some guys can be real 'Tards about this. Not sure how I would deal with it myself, but in the chat rooms I used to go into, I saw a lass answer kinda like this. " My size is inbetween this |.y.| and this ( . Y . )... Just a shame that a dork like you will never get to see anything like these in real life! Buh Bye LOSER" That was in an room that I used to host for, took me 15 mins to get the room calmed down from the laughter and other comments to the unlucky guy that got totally owned by that lass. Damn I miss her!!!

LOL Petale, love this line hope you dont mind if I use it?

¿

I have lost the amount of times that this has happened to me and can understand your anger and frustration.

¿

Do have to wonder though, either this has worked for them in the past so they continue to do it as a successful play or they really do have brains the size of peas?

Life is only as wonderful as you think it is.

MsHopeful...

¿

Last time a guy ask me for a picture of my breasts, I ask him a picture of his brain, without the cranial box, just to check on the size of it.¿ Told him size does matter.

You have every right to not tolerate this disrespectful behavior . How ever, the popular societially? the attitude of disrespect is rampant in the"POP"culture today.Unfourntunately, the behavior is accepted, and encouraged by the media. One Example is,listen to the lyrics of most of hip hop and rap music. Most lyrics degrade women severely. the women are only refered as possesions or comquests.Women are totallydisrespected in the songs. wemen are also by the actions of the singers themselves.Example the Singer Chris Brown, who beat his girlfreind Reiannah. (sorry If I mis spelled their names)There is no public outcry to boycott his Music. Nor do you hear the Activists actively denouncing this crime in the media.Shouting dis approvall from every street corner.Where are you Quaneel X and Jessie Jackson and other POP media leaders. You have a man disrespecting a black woman. We as a society should hold those others that Disrespect others as Barbarians who, should be either tought the correct way to act ,Or, TOTALLY exposed as a Social PYORRHEA, to be excised from Normal society. And since Petal, few REAL MEN ask you your IQ. I will. I wager it is in the stratosphere I say this, I say this, because of your Keen Intelligenge and whitty grace. Because they Malechovinist PIGS ,only see Above the knees and stop at the neck line. They will totally miss the rest of the? whole woman.

Some men do really think that kind of line is going to get them somewhere. The other day a guy from another site asked me for a photo of my (his mature description, not mine). I happily sent him a Goo-gle image of a pair of blue & a link to loads of info about them. I don't expect to hear from him again, nor do I want to. The next time I get a request like that, I won't even bother replying.
