HI there, I don't want to generalize but I believe all BBW although confident and happy sometimes feel the need to do something about their weight and health. Well I am one of these BBW and I was thinking of starting a Herbalife regimen. I have heard wonders about the weight loss program and was wondering if anyone has used these products and what effects they have had with them. Please all the info I can get will help. Thanks a bunch :)

Well Epiphany29 I do have to admit that it was quite a few years ago so they may have improved a lot since then.¿ Glad they are working well for you. :)

Thank you for the information. I have also bought many of these products online. Some even on a bidding site and it has worked for me. Although I only drink the aloe and tea and the shake in the morning I have lost weight. I was discouraged at the beginning because I was loosing about 5lbs a month, but I stopped being so dedicated to the scale and started paying attention to the way my clothes fit. I have gone from a size 24w in pants to a size 20w. I had pants in my closet that were saved for the "I will fit in them again" day and I am wearing them now! I still eat a full lunch and snack on apples and rasins and sometimes even a sweet bread (bad I know but I love sweet bread) in the afternoon and I continue to drop. I have also started to walk almost every day and this also helps! I do enjoy the shakes, don't like the taste of the aloe, but I drink it anyways. I guess any start is good regardless of what regimen is followed. :)

I use herbalife shakes and the chocolate is the best of all protien shakes I've tried. The others are good too but the flavors are very mild. The shakes keep me full and I always feel so good when I drink them. Lots of energy. I like the shakes because I can have one meal a day of whatever I want within reason and lose. The more water you drink, the faster you lose. If I drink a gallon of water a day, I lose 5lbs a week. They also have good snacks. I like the soy nuts, they taste like peanuts and the protien bars are good and low calorie. And they have enhancers for weight loss. The only product you have to be careful with is the Total Control. It has herbs in it to speed up metabolism and they caused me to have chest pains. Everything else has worked great for me. I find this good for a quick start to weight loss or if you gain some weight back and want to lose it quick.

Don't know about the herbalife products ,but the Optifast , Slimfast both I know they work.I usually get the generic from the grocery store(Kroger's or King Super)I had to use the product for three weeks prior to my Lap band surgery.

Some years ago I got all their shakes and vitamins as their program suggests. Paid a small fortune for it too I might add. Well I tried them but found that I did not really like the taste and I still got hungry with them. Ended up not using them in the end and they went out of date. I think the best one I have have tried is called Optifast, Doctors here recommend it prior to lap band or gastric by pass surgery. It can be purchased at the pharmacy and has all your needed vitamins included. Hope this helps, good luck.
