Don't you just love the feeling after thieves try to make off with the things you have worked very hard for! This week Again in less that 8 years. I have had to revisit the "joyous" Violated feeling that one gets. when all of through things have been gone through. What they did not take they have destroyed.The real bad thing was, that I had to come home on the "Slime ball" loading everything up. I was able to "puruade" him to Exit my garage.I was trying to detain him for the Sheriffs Deputy's, but as the deputy arrived at my house. Dirt bag decides to leave most Haste in the process dumping my lawn mower, welder, new air compressor damaging all of them. not to mention all of the plastic model kits that were either stolen, damaged or the ones that were scattered in a trail about a mile long the bayous and drainage ditches.

sorry for the damages and monetary loss you're suffering from all this but did you have a sensibility blackout man?? Confronting one as desperate as to steal so sloppily surely was doing so to support a habit. Desperate people could do desperate things including causing harm to their victims, just like a cornered rat...you're lucky that you weren't hurt in this. Someone in law enforcement did tell me once, though stating he'd deny saying it and that was that dead men make terrible witnesses...hmmm think Dicks Sporting Goods is having a sale on Mossberg 12 gages this weekend lol

Well after much pondering, I have come to the conclusion that locking up criminals doesn't work.There is little deterant for them not to reoffend.So I prepose we go back to the "Old Ways" theive's should get 1 lash sroke from a scourge for ever 100.00 vaule of items taken.For the first offense. Second offense 1 stroke of a 20 lb sledge to each of their hands per 100.00 value not to exceed 4 strikes per hand. Plus the lashes from the scourge.Third time Removal of the theifs hands.Now that would be a deterant not to steal!

Roughly 1,197.00 in model kits.850.00 in other items.887.00 dolars in model kits either Crushed or missing major parts or whole parts trees. basicall rendering the kits useless. Plus what it will take to fix the mower and the air compressor. Most likely this was taken to support a drug habit.

It seems like every 4-5 years I get robbed.Back 94 lost 1300.00 due to theft 1996, 500.00 In 2000 I lost lost 3,000 and this time 600.00 so far and counting not to mention all the damaged model kits missing Major peices.Also not to mention the countless hours I will have to spent picking up all the things dumped out on the floor.Plus All the damage to my moms riding mower, and the total loss of a brand new air compressor. It had less than 1 hour total run time. I am getting really tire of this happening. I some times feel like curling up in a ball,or just want to be held in a womans cradling arms and told It will all be better soon.

I just joined and I was browsing these blogs. I am so sorry to hear about your unhappy ordeal. That really stinks. I don't know what I would do if that happened to me. I applaud you for not shooting. Well I was Armed but since I had him (Perp) at gun point and the sherrif just pulled up in the drive.I figured it was unwise to discharge my weapond. the reason is due to possible collaterial damage.
