I dont know about you all, but I get rather tired of the way society looks and/or treats heavier people. It's so often assumed that if your heavy, your a 'pig' and spend your day stuffing your face with food and sweets. Even something as simple as the little "try me" tables in Costco where if you dare test the product you get glares and glances as if to say, 'do you really think you need that bite'? Ring a bell? Society needs to be more educated on weight issues. For some, it's genetic, for others it's health issues. There are numerous reasons. Nor should it be assumed that heavy people are lazy. Some heavy people can run circles around their skinny counterparts. Society trys to teach us whats right and wrong. Magazines and commercials show us what is considered 'sexy'. Even down to our childrens dolls, such as the whole "Bratz" collections... then there is of course good ole' Barbie. I doubt we'll ever see a BBW Barbie on the shelf.

You guys are great!~ WE all just want to be loved and accepted for who we are. Not just what we look like. I honestly have been skinny and large at least 3 times, and they both have a lot of drawbacks. When I was skinny I had, great cloths, and many men after me, but I couldnt tell the wolves from the sheep. So many men had ulterior motives, and were not interested in my genuine person . Sometimes I still have trouble discerning between sincere men and dishonest ones. But i have found a lot more sincere men while I was larger, but so far they all seem a to be a little different/odd, the chubby chaser types. I dont know, it only takes one man to make a women happy but he is sure hard to find.

How about a doll that is good looking and healthy looking without a concave stomach? Or one that didn't look like it would be supermodel tall if it was real size? Or one that wasn't fat but had a normal waist size? How about a pear shaped one? anything but Barbie one would be good... I love Barbie but sometimes I wonder what the heck is wrong with people who want to look like her, she isn't real and it's dumb to want to look exactly like her. Natures most beautiful creations are imperfect.

Unless of course you count good ole' "Pull my finger Fred" doll, who sits in his armchair with his t-shirt up over his beer belly waiting for his finger to be pulled so the imaginary elephant can 'whooooommmmmppp' from under his seat.
Then of course, there's the evil villian that is half human half creature and has only one eye ball in his head, the other seems to be sticking out of his three rolls of belly fat.
I understand the reason why there wouldnt be "Fat dolls"... bad examples for our kids, bad way of life, not good for your health, etc, etc, etc,....

I read once that if Barbie was a real woman, that with her dimensions, she wouldn't really be able to walk upright, much less in the those stilletto heels!

I think a BBW doll would be great! Think of it... a gorgeous doll that was round and curvy and actually looked like she would be a woman with good looks that could actually exist in life with out cosmetic surgery to make her look like she dose, that is if you made her life size.
