OK, I am no chef-ette by FAR! LOL, So I finally looked into cooking classes, I figured if I learn how to cook with fresh foods I can take better care of my diet...WRONG!

HomeMade Mac & Cheese
5 Layered Salad
Peach & Pear Cobbler...
Do not get me wrong, I was on cloud 9 and ate more than I should have, BUT the chef used a total of 6 eggs, 3 bars of butter, flour, sugar (3 kinds of sugar), 2 bags of cheese, and the list goes on and this was before she even made the desert!?!?
LOL! I'm So very full right now...I think I gained 5 pounds!?
