My question to any, Did this guy contact you and tell you anything about himself?

When I was first on LF I was contacted by this man. We chatted and became friendly. He soon disappeared.He had plenty of comments on his profile. A woman contacted me telling me that he had started talking to her and she wanted to know what I thought of him. I told her. They soon became an item. Over a course of time he told her he loved her and she was the only one for him. After telling her he loved her, he t  more...

My question to any, Did this guy contact you and tell you anything about himself?

When I was first on LF I was contacted by this man. We chatted and became friendly. He soon disappeared.He had plenty of comments on his profile. A woman contacted me telling me that he had started talking to her and she wanted to know what I thought of him. I told her. They soon became an item. Over a course of time he told her he loved her and she was the only one for him. After telling her he loved her, he then disappeared. He said he was 26 and from England. But he told my friend that he really isn't the one in the picture but a chubby little guy with glasses. He thought more women would answer him if he looked like the guy in the photo.

On a site like this, I wouldn't trust a pic/profile like that as far as I could reach. (not past the keyboard, if you're wondering...)

darn, I think I used that pic about 10 years ago...didn't work for me then either lol

It's a shame that people feel the need to be dishonest about themselves...

Ahhh to see that physique once again. I too had brief online chats with him, an occasional phone call, but then he vanished. As to receiving women's attention "if he looked like that" my question is what can anyone hope to achieve by being dishonest with the way one looks? No point, if there is to be a face to face encounter? Yes, the internet gives everyone the freedom to don what ever appearance, career, likes, dislikes, etc. One needs to be a constant gardener to weed out all those who p  more...
