For the record- After the first few pages of my very first search, I just started Closing profiles without reading them. Why? When the age of the person showing was 20 years or more older than the low end of the range of their "Match". A clear sign of trolling, guys, and certainly not worth the time spent opening the page. I'm looking for someone IN my generation, who I have a chance of sharing something with-and I think most of you guys my age would be happier with someone who remembers actually having to get up and walk across the room to change the channel on the TV...Just a thought... LK

As I've reply to a blog a while ago, there are some men that come to this site because they have the twisted belief that as larger women, in these day and age, are not the beauty norm, they are easy pray, that we are desperate for any attention, from any men, at any price. From what I've read from women here, they are sooooooo mistaken.

I have the weirdest lack in my english vocabulary sometimes... I get the picture... you don't really care what you catch. I agree, quite a few young guys are definitely trolling but I don't believe they limit themselves to older women.

I apologize for my ignorance... what's trolling?? What an evocative expression... but I'm sure that what I imagine is not what you meant... so I'll just wait for your explanation.
As for 20 year old men hitting on me a 47 year old women... Like truefriendinme said... I just delete them and do not even bother to look at them.
That being said, I had a relationship with a 29 years old when I was about 43... and it was pretty good, pretty amazing actually. I knew it wasn't going to be a life long relationship, but for the 8 or 9 months it lasted it was the answer to quite a few needs for both of us. He experience how older women are and confirmed something for him, and I experience how it can be with a younger men and how it confirmed it wasn't for me. With a younger men I've discovered that I can be very and I mean VERY maternal. Short of burping him I was doing every thing a mother would... and in the end, when I realized what I was doing, I didn't like being like that.

Undersand completely, but no need to take the express to their level in the maturity department! Just accept that there will always be men (boys) such as this, and ignore the winks. We ALL get them. It's irritating. It's frustrating. But we ignore these and go on to others. It's like junk-mail. Just throw it out! Good luck!--True
