Over the last many months I have had numerous conversation with both males and females from here about dating and many other topics.
Quite often there are questions about things that the opposite sex either does or says that we just cant understand.
For example;
Why do women think that sex is all I'm after because I want to discuss it?
Why men will treat you bad and wait for you to end it, rather than tell you it over?
Why do they keep things bottled up instead of expressing what they a more...

6. Most men are "guys guys" and it is rare that a woman will enjoy going to a football game, a UFC fight, or is capable of slamming back a few beers without getting all pissy about it. A lot of women are just too high maintenance for men.

My answers/opinions:
1. If in the first conversation sex is brought up, most women believe (rightfully so usually) that it is all a man is interested. However, if the woman brings it up, this peeks a mans interest, but then on the other hand he wonders if she's promiscuous ... which some are hoping for.
2. Men only treat a woman badly if they're allowed to do so. Pay attention to the signals, don't just think things will change with time. If you don't feel a connection, men and women ... speak up, don't waste one anothers time, but also don't get laid just because you can. Don't f' with someones emotions that way (goes both ways too)
3. A real man doesn't keep things bottled up, but they also are not all about expressing feelings verbally, they'd rather show you than tell you.

Well, it depends. If it is far enough into the relationship that you both feel comfortable, then so be it. But, if on the first date (or even the first phone call or next few dates) you bring it up, then:YES! It seems as if that is all you have on your mind. If you really are so sincere and really are wanting to develop a lasting, loving relationship, then let it come about naturally. If we like you, eventually, we will get around to making out and "it" will come up. There is no doubt in my mind about that. But patience is imperative. Let the woman feel comfortable, not pressured.
#2) Why men will treat you bad and wait for you to end it, rather than tell you it over?
I think men are just wanting to avoid the whole confrontation thing. There could be several reasons why: maybe they really like the sex, but not the committment. OR maybe they know the woman they are involved with will go Lorraine Bobbit and take something for a souvenir. OR maybe they have just realized she is not the one and haven't worked up the courage to do it yet. Lots of possibilities there. Women do the same thing. A man would be best to answer that one--Aries did a good job on that one already (Thanks, Aries!).
#3) Why do they keep things bottled up instead of expressing what they are feeling? Same as above, but I have a little insight on this. I think men, in general, have the "I have to FIX it" urge. Vegas talked about this once. If something is wrong, they feel they have to fix it, not just talk about it. Also, men are conditioned to not be emotionally availabe, are frowned upon when they are and are even sometimes rejected when they do. I'm no expert, but I am well aware that all those are true.
I don't proclaim to have all the answers. But I do know that these are some very valid reasons as to "why" the questions above might exist at all.--True less...

I am guilty of the dumb shuffle. It was easier getting the woman to dump me than actually dumping her. It has happenned a few times but it was because I didn't want to deal with the tears.
I learned overtime to just express myself better, let my partner know my expectations.
I went through some very traumatic life changes over the last few years. I hurt a dear friend because I didn't know how to share the struggles in life. I was taught to deal with things alone. I have suffered the consequences for that decision and will never be able to rectify it. I learned the hard way
