OK, folks... I can't be the only one... How many folks have a variety of sizes hanging in the closet? I've got about 4 sizes hanging in my closet. Some of it has to do with the fact that women's clothing cuts are never the same from manufacturer to manufacturer. But, some of it has to do with monthly bloating or trips to the buffet. Is it just me?

you need to clean out your closet. just keep what you wear now. don't keep clothes beacause their a maybe or someday because it may never come. take them to a consignment shop or have a big yard sale. use the money for something you want or need. sometime you may need some help. ask a friend or a family member to help you and to say no you can't keep this one because it does'nt fit or no it doesn't look good on you. you will be amazed at what you may find in there. it will also lift a load of baggage out your life! love who you are now not who you might be come because if you love now you will become who you want to be. and it gives more room to go shopping

Quoting reitoa

I tend to range from 20 to 26.. but then my top half is bigger than my bottom.. they're all current clothing.. I wear them till they wear out.. I'm cheap like that.. lol

Cheap NO ,FRUGAL Yes.Concidering what Trousers(Pants) cost now days, esp for the larger sizes. It makes sense to wear them till the are no longer servicable. Consigering that a pair of Budget denium jeans run at least $45.00 for a pair.I will wear them till they either wear out in the seat or the Crotch even if they are way baggy. If I had a good sewing machine I would to repair them. However I dont and A wee bit hard to hand sew a Crotch/ inseam back through 4-6 layers of denium.

I can so relate to this! :)  I have several sizes in my closet too! :)  I have old clothes from my heaviest weight that are a size 28 and now I'm in a size 16.  Luvbigtummies, I can relate...small waist, big butt and big chest here too, so it's really tough to find bottoms that fit just right.  But I love Lane Bryant, Fashion Bug Plus, and Avenue because they've got great outfits for curvy big girls that take into account the smaller waist.

I have multiple sizes - some are just wishful thinking but otherwise for the same reasons. I also tend to hang onto things a tad too long.(pack rat)

Naught, Hell gurl, I think we all do... I love getting my bluejeans and shorts in the stretch jean material! I dont have to worry about the bloating issue then. LOL, Elaine

I have just about every size in the book either in my closet or packed away in storage in the hopes of one day (but not holding my breath, i am realistic) wearing again. I agree, sizes run the gambit most days i wear a 24 but i have bought pants in a 24 that were way too big then other times i have to go up to a 26. my problem is a have a big butt and smaller waist so its hard to find jeans that really FIT me.

Well, I can't speak on the bloating issue,or the different cuts (size differences )of ladies cloathing I am a Guy . But I do have to say that for now I've got a few sizes hanging in my closet Covering my from heaviest size(size 62){wich I hope never to have fit tight ever again or need!} to (size 48 wich I hope to get back in to some day ) Right now stuck in a size 52 waist. Right now I wear everything from a size 50 to 62 since I have Been out of a job over a year. Really dont have the money to burn to get new clothes just because of the size. Heck Righty now Iv'e got a dozen or so 5XL shirts that Ive never worn or very little. So I plan on wearing them because the are perfectly Serviceable to wear , just a little big .
