I reactivated my account just recently after checking out the site and finding it very changed and soooo interesting. So I thought. So far I have received winks from much younger men - some more than half my age. While I am most flattered I am also a little concerned. Are these guys for real or is this a scam??? Any advice.

It's not just you. I get 'em too! If you aren't into younger men, you just have to ignore it and don't even bother asking why; it'll drive you nuts trying to figure it out! I only respond to certain men, usually older than me and at the very least somewhat educated. Just my preference.--True

Well Ariesram I DO understand what you mean.
But how does an old woman like me really know that they are not just into some short time action and adventure (yes even at MY age you can still have some of that lol)??

Well welcome back. I cant speak for what the site was like, well not before a year ago, but it does have some good qualities that are worth maybe sticking it out for.

Now as the young guys winking you. I have to say that both times that I have been back on (was here last year this time and went off for about 6 months) at the start you get the scammers that are out there trying you out.

Now thats not to say that all the winks you got were from scammers, but you do have to be careful.

On the other hand there are some younger men that really do like older women, and they have a really hard time convincing us that they do. I guess its a bit like some men have trouble convincing a BBW that they actually do prefer us.

When I was first on here I received an email from a much younger man. I emailed him back to say that Woh...much too young, but we can be friends.

Well the friendship developed over 4 months, until we realized (or should I say I) that there was more than a friend thing going on on here.

We had a relationship that lasted for 5 months, and it was special in many ways.

So dont discount all the wink you get from younger men, some may be genuine, but do be very vigilant and ask lots of question.
