So, I was looking at the site a few weeks ago and to my suprise, a local guy that I am actually attracted to is ATTRACTED to me.
Yeah, great, right? And unfortunately enough, I don't have a Gold Membership and therefore trying to get to know this potential guy is harder.
I just want to see how things will work out and being broke like everyone else in America, I can't afford to pay for the membership.
Is anybody willing to help me in anyway to get one of those Free membership things for 10 Posts?
I know I'm being silly, but I feel like I should do something before interests dissipates?

I call my senior moments - "sometimers" that way I can ease into the alzheimers. I used the same name in variety of formats so I can understand using a handle for familiarity.

By the way - why did you change your name ? I have noticed a few that have done so ? ( new and improved or because last profile deleted or why ) Just wondering out loud.....
Sadly there's no exciting story connected to that one Smoosh ..... my old name starting with "Bii" attracted many, male and female, to enquire if I'm bi-sexual.
I live on an island and was born in 64 so I think it's a bit more descriptive.
(Also, I'm not getting any younger and I find it easier to remember my variants of this one in my senior moments, lol)

Yeah, reading that back maybe I do, but I can't bear the "look at me aren't I wonderful" attitude of some people, especially when thay haven't done anything out of the ordinary.
When I was on here on a different name I had a couple of gold members offer to pass on my details, then when I was a gold member I did the same. (I wasn't getting much out of the site, lol, so at least someone was benefitting) No-one felt the need to brag about it.
Anway, just expressing my view...

I have read a lot of your posts and yes I remember you as your other name too... and you just come across as a very cynical bitter woman. Maybe you are not finding someone because of the way you are coming across. It is obvious you don't like Ariesram... and I don't think you are his type either... lol... but don't you think you'll have more "luck" on this site if you are not so bitter? You catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar. I didn't find anything about Ariesram's post as bragging in your face sort of thing. Just my opinion.

Was EASY!!!Don't know why anybody else didn't think of it...hang on...now i think about it, i DO know why! I contacted her,got some info from her, delivered said info to him, so he can contact her...SIMPLE. Cupid strikes again...and YES, i know that was SWEET of me...it aint 148 for nothing.xx

You're NOT the first to do this, and you won't be the last I'm sure.
However, those not bestowed with the mighty burden of a huge IQ are thankfully blessed with common sense and discretion.
They realise that LF will not get the membership revenue if people help each other out, and if they realise how much it goes on they would find a way to stop it. So they do it discretely, without blowing their own trumpet and bragging about how wonderful they are!
Long may it continue - if people manage to keep their gobs shut!

Yup, go with Aries' idea. SOmetimes, he actually gives sound advice. That's what I do if I really want to talk to someone. Post a comment on his profile. Be careful, you can only post a few a week.
